By accessing and using MatStream ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MatStream provides a dynamic in-game advertising and live content infrastructure for virtual worlds and Unreal Engine projects. We allow developers (Studios) to monetize their games and advertisers to deploy media campaigns.
3. User Accounts
You must maintain the security of your account and promptly notify us if you discover any security breaches. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Content Guidelines
Users may not upload advertising material or content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. MatStream reserves the right to suspend accounts or campaigns that violate these guidelines without prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
MatStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or any unauthorized access to your data.
