Refund Policy

1. Studio Subscriptions (Indie / Studio Plans)
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you subscribe to the Indie or Studio plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.
- After the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your paid cycle.
- Refund requests are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
2. Advertiser Credit Reloads (Pay-As-You-Go)
- Unused credits may be refunded in full if no impressions have been consumed against them. Contact support within 30 days of purchase.
- Partially consumed credits are non-refundable. Once impressions are delivered against your balance, that portion is considered spent.
- If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that resulted in incorrect billing, contact us at support@omnistream.cloud and we will investigate within 48 hours.
3. Free Plan & Plugin
The MatStream Unreal Engine plugin is free to download and use with any supported ad network provider. No payment is required for the Free tier, and therefore no refund applies.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting MatStream support, we reserve the right to suspend your account and all active campaigns pending resolution. We strongly recommend reaching out to us first — we aim to resolve all billing issues within 48 hours.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@omnistream.cloud with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your account email address
- The transaction or invoice ID (from your Stripe receipt)
- A brief description of the reason for the refund
We will respond within 2 business days.
